United World Peace Portal 
 offers a place to connect with ideas and approaches to conflict resolution on an individual, group, community and global level with the goal of reducing polarization and fueling community. After attending a retreat in Germany with Thomas Hübl, an international teacher of conflict resolution with the intention of gathering the resources I had learned into a place where others could share, and a  place where people could collaborate and offer  processes and ideas.  Thomas offers trainings both online and in person, many of them free!
